Tube furnaces are used for a variety of research projects in the laboratory. The LT line features an all stainless steel design, premium insulation materials, programmable temperature control and a semi-conductor relay. The standard desktop design is a single-zone heating system. The construction is frameless with a fold-up upper body and regulation is done with the programmable HT40 controller. The heating spirals are located in insulation grooves and wiring is located in a separate switchboard. The user may order a wide variety of options, such as INDUSTRY programmable controller with limit unit, graphic temperature recorder, temperature cycle recording software, RS interface, inlet of protective atmosphere supply for 1 or more gases, vertical stand, various types of tubes and also 3-zone heating system, etc. Benefits of the LT include ease of use, high accuracy programmable temperature regulation, even temperature distribution inside the furnace according to DIN 17052-1 and also minimal power consumption.
